  They have three sheep cheeses that are made on site: Tomme du Kamouraska which is a mild, semi-hard sheep cheese, Tomme du Poivre which has peppercorns, and Le Cormoran which is a very mild blue. All three are similar style. They also have a selection of cheeses from other local artisans, some smoked meat and sausages, fruit spreads just for cheese and many other tempting food items. The proprietress offered us samples of their cheeses and all three are delicious. She was self-conscious about her English but we had no problems understanding each other. If you want to use a credit card, the minimum purchase is $25. They accept cash and debit with no minimum.

  The cheese was delicious. However, we bought rhubarb juice for $12.50 and when we opened it, the bottle tip had shards of glass coming out. When I went back to exchange it (we hadn't left the parking lot) due to safety issues, they refused. I was told they would then be at a loss. So instead the customer paid $12.50 to drink juice with glass in it or $12.50 for a broken bottle. Dissapointing as it puts safety ethics and concern for customer health in question.
